Apartments LICITY offer fully equipped accommodation for short-term rent in the centre of Zilina. We currently offer 2 modern tailor-made apartments where recycled materials and design pieces of furniture and accessories have been used.

How is the apartment equipped?

The fully equipped apartment is an excellent choice for all who are looking for comfort and a high standard of hotel-type services. All apartments offer a basic equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi connection, toiletries, hotel cosmetics, towels, and bed linen.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO STAY IN THE APARTMENT?

Apartment prices may vary (e.g. depending on the date of your stay, conditions, etc.). Enter the dates of your stay to see prices.

What is included in the price of the apartment?

The price of apartment include a local tax of 2€ for one person per one night.

Is there an internet connection in the apartment?

Yes, all apartments have Wi-Fi connection without a limited number of connected devices.
* Connection information (network name, network connection password) can be found directly in the apartment.

Is there a possibility of an extra bed in the apartment?

No, there is no capacity for extra beds in all apartments.

How can I book an apartment?

How can I pay for an apartment?

Payment for the apartment is made in advance by card online.

What are the cancellation conditions?

You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. 

100% of the reservation price is charged if the stay is canceled less than 3 days before your arrival.

How to enter the apartment?

You can access the apartment via your mobile device, for which you will be assigned a Bluetooth key on the day of arrival.

How long is the electronic key valid for entering the apartment?

The Bluetooth key is valid from the start of your stay (check-in from 14:00) to the date of your departure (check-out by 10:00).

WHEN IS CHECK-IN POSSIBLE?

You can check in from 14:00.

What is check-out possible?

Check-out is required by 10:00.

Where can I park?

Parking is possible on the road along the building in reserved parking spaces. 

The mentioned parking spaces are located in paid zone A, i.e.: 

MON - FRI    07:00-20:00 

SAT               07:00-22:00 

SUN              free of charge

Is breakfast included in the  ACCOMMODATION price?

No, breakfast is not included in the accommodation price.

Use the space for the visibility of your advertisement. The sports and leisure area combines an active lifestyle with pleasant relaxation and gastronomy. Complex is in an excellently accessible location near Vodne dielo Zilina.

Where are the advertising space?

All advertising spaces are in eXtreme park area. Address: Cesta na Mojš 1375, 013 01 Žilina (near Vodné dielo Žilina).

Who is advertising space for?

The area is designed for anyone who wants to be visible. Whether you are an individual, a small business or a large corporation.

What types of advertising space can I rent?

It is possible to rent an area for a banner around eXtreme park area, a beach flag on the beach playground, a space for your logo in information leaflet, a video projected in fitness centre or in summer cinema.

Is it possible to combine the lease of individual advertising spaces?

Rental of individual spaces, it is not possible to combine with each other. The service can only be used separately. If you want to rent more advertising space, it is possible to use only Exclusive package of services.

5.

What is an Exclusive package on services?

An advertising package is a suitable combination of advertising spaces. It is possible to order it at a discounted price. Packages are divided for a period of 3 months with a 5% discount, for 6 months with a 7% discount, for 9 months with a 12% discount or for 12 months with a 20% discount. The package for 9 and 12 months contains 2 pieces of banners and 2 pieces of beach flags.

Are the prices of advertising spaces and Exclusive packages with VAT?

All prices for individual advertising spaces and Exclusive packages are without VAT.

What does the price for advertising spaces and Exclusive packages include?

The price of advertising spaces and Exclusive packages includes only the rental itself.

What does not the price for advertising spaces and Exclusive packages include?

The price does not include graphic, production, installation, and other works.

How much will graphic, production, installation, and other works cost?

- One-time banner print € 50
- Installation of a banner € 10
- One-time flag print € 50
- Installation of the € 10 beach flag

Do you encounter with problems at parking every day? We offer for long-term rent 9 indoor and 24 outdoor parking places located in centre of Zilina.

What is a reserved parking Place?

The place is exclusively for parking your car. The reserved place is properly marked (e.g. vehicle registration number, company name, or otherwise as required).

Where are the indoor parking pLaces?

Garage parking places are located on WellPark on the 1st underground floor. The building is situated in city centre on Sad na Studnickach in Zilina.

Where are the outdoor parking pLaces?

Outdoor parking places are located on Pivovarska Street in centre of Zilina.

Is it necessary to have a Resident card to enter the centre?

No, the PIVOVARSKA and WELLPARK parking places are located on the centre. No entry through the zone or Resident card is required.

How is the indoor parking PLace secured?

The parking place is properly marked with a number and marking according to your request (e.g. vehicle registration number, company name, etc.). The entrance to parking place is handled by remote control. The entrance to the building is monitored by a camera system.

How is the outdoor parking pLace secured?

The parking place is properly marked with a number and marking according to your request (e.g. vehicle registration number, company name, etc.). The parking place is secured by an automatic parking barrier for remote control. It has an alarm function in case someone tries to open the barrier manually, without a key or remote control, it emits a loud warning sound signal.

Who can rent parking pLaces?

Anyone considering long-term parking.

How many parking pLaces can I rent?

You can rent as many parking places as there will be available at a given time, i.e. one, two, but also all.

9.

How long can I rent a parking pLace?

You can rent a parking place for a minimum period of one year.

10.

What is the price of an indoor parking pLace?

The price of WELLPARK indoor parking place is 180 € with VAT / month (the condition is a minimum length of rent for 1 year).

11.

What is the price of an outdoor parking pLace?

The price of PIVOVARSKÁ outdoor parking place is 120 € with VAT / month (the condition is a minimum length of rent for 1 year).
